Long ago, there was a period of time where I left the place where I love the most, a place where I seek God, a place which is my home. I was so foolish and so self-centered at those times, and all I can think about is myself, dwelling in my own self-pity and self-righteousness. I felt so shattered, so lonely, so broken and so lost. I was so ungrateful and angry with the One who has created me and loves me. I wrote this song to express my anger, sadness and disappointment in Him. BUT.... as I was writing and singing, I only could complete the verse........ and this song was halted for 1 year with only the verse as I couldn't think of anything to write....

Revival of this song

One year later, the Lord has mercy on me, He picked me up from my lowest point and once again return to this place where I called home. I was filled with regret and shame and for 1 year, I could not worship in peace or write anymore songs then (like my gift was lost...)..... Then one night (after I've returned) ... the Lord reminded me of this song which I've wrote to complain against him... He said: "go complete it...." I broke down in tears, cause I really don't want and don't know how to continue writing such a song that I used to complain against Him .... that night... the holy Spirit comforted me.... I felt a sudden energy recharged and tune start flowing in me.... I went on to write the bridge, then to chorus, then to chorus 2... I was so touched by God and I know He is there all this time of my childishness and foolishness... I am glad that this song was INSTEAD transformed to worship the God I love the most and it reminded me in my down times to remain strong and have faith in Him until today. I hope it'll too inspire you remember His faithfulness and love in your life when you are discourage... because He is there all this time although we filtered Him out and dwell in our self-centered"ness".... The Lord is faithful.
